Yaoxiong Lou — consultant
Professor Lou Yaoxiong earned his Doctor of Laws from Peking University and his LL.M from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. He is currently a professor at the School of Humanities of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, where he is the Director of the Communication Law Research Center, and Director of the Law Research Committee. He is also an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and is a member of the Beijing Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. His research fields include telecommunications law, intellectual property, information law and network law. He compiled China's first undergraduate textbook on telecommunications law — Telecom Law, and a postgraduate textbook — Telecom Law Research as well as teaching materials for foreign students — The Theory of Telecommunications Law (bilingual) and published the 12th Five-Year Plan books — Telecommunications Law Series.
